- All products made by Then are 1:1 bespoke products after checking out the customer order.

Generally, it takes 10-15 business days from a receipt of an order to delivery.

(However, it is subject to change depending on a kind of design. You will be contacted if the product release is

Due to the customized-order system, we start production after 3 p.m. the next day. Therefore, your order cannot be cancelled or changed due to change of your mind.

-Do not wash with water. If the products are stained with water, they are not repairable, refundable or exchangeable.

- Since the shoes are made of natural leather, they are vulnerable to high temperature and humidity. Make sure to avoid contact with water. If they are stained with water, dust, dirt or any pollutants, please use a clean soft cloth to

wipe away thems and to polish your leather shoes.

- When using a leather cleaner, please remove stain using a soft clothlet it dry under the cool

shade, and then use a leather cleaner.

- Please pay careful attention to avoid having them scratched from rough surface when you wear them.

- Since outer surface and lining are made of natural leather (some items contain fabric or PVC), your skin, cloth and socks sometimes can be stained as the color transfers off from leather.

- Please avoid wearing bright-colored cloth and socks when wearing the shoes. The items are not refundable and exchangeable for those reasons.

- All metal adornments may be naturally discolored, worn off and lusterless over time after wearing.

- Please make sure to put it in a case or dust bag with moisture absorber.

- Please visit our website to request the return or exchange within 7 days after the receipt of items.

- You are allowed to exchange an untried item only for 1 time only for another size but with the same design and options. You will bear round-trip shipping fee (US$ 50).

- If you change option and customize order such as change of heels, instep, width and strap length, the items are not refundable and exchangeable for those reasons.

- If you place a special order for size other than 225-255, the items are not refundable and exchangeable.

- Please enclose the round-trip shipping fee (US$ 50) when exchange or return, and return your item via the courier which delivered the item to you.

 - No shipping and handling fee is charged on you if the reasons of exchange and return are product’s defects.

- If you change option or customize the product, they are not refundable and exchangeable.

- If you place a special order for size other than 225-255, they are not refundable and exchangeable.

- If the product loses its value for any reason without Then’s responsibility, they are not refundable and exchangeable.

- If you try to wear shoes carelessly indoor, which may cause wrinkle on leather and damage in soles, they are not refundable and exchangeable.

- The products are not exchangeable or refundable for the reason your monitor displays color differently.

- Sale items and discounted items are not refundable and exchangeable.

- If you lost or damaged the shoes box or dust bag, the shoes are not refundable and exchangeable.

Please repack the item intact as you received and send them in the delivery box when you return. (if the shoes box is damaged, the items are not refundable and exchangeable)

*All products made by Then are made of natural leather which may have difference in natural scratches, pores, line, pattern, texture, and colors. The items are not refundable and exchangeable for those reasons.
